The Graduate Center uses Banner from Sungard Inc for our Student Information System. Banner is an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to maintain and support the administrative functions of The Graduate Center.
From this page you can subscribe to Banner listserv. Listserv is e-mail list of e-mail addresses of people with common interests. Listserv software enables people who belong to a list to send messages to the group without typing a series of addresses into the message header. Users subscribe to a listserv, and they are able to comment on related topics and receive comments and responses from other list subscribers, all by e-mail.
You can also login to obtain support for Banner directly from Sungard. If you are first time visitor to Sungard support web site, you will have to create a Customer Support Center Login to use their online support. Through Sungard support we can open problem requests, request product enhancements, download FAQs, defect updates and documentation.
